Inner Exploration: Remote Shamanic Experience
A remote shamanic healing session over the phone begins with a gentle conversation and guided breathwork and visualizations. We work together to set intentions for the session. As the session unfolds, we tap into spiritual energies, using tools like drumming, rattles, or aromatic plants to clear blockages, restore balance, and seek more information. The client may feel subtle sensations, like warmth or lightness, as healing energy flows. Throughout our hour together, I offer insights and spiritual recommendations. The session ends with grounding sounds of soft bells leaving the client feeling centered, peaceful, and renewed.
Remote sessions entail specific preparation instructions.
Investment: $250
The 1.5-hour in-person shamanic healing session begins with the client sipping tea, grounding and relaxing the body and mind. Sacred copal or incense is burned, purifying both the space and the client's energy field. Once the energy is aligned, and intentions are set, the client lies on the healing table, where healing plants may be brushed over the body. Hot stones may also be applied to warm up muscles and release tension. Each session is unique to each individual.
Throughout the session, drumming, rattling, and chanting may be woven into the process, deepening the energetic shift and enhancing the healing experience. I journey on behalf of the client with my helpers connecting with elements for guidance and healing. Additional modalities may be used, such as egg clearings, abdominal massage, emotional armor release, spiritual baths, extraction, soul retrieval, and hands-on healing.
The session ends with insight into journey. This is followed by a grounding practice, leaving the client feeling rejuvenated, emotionally lighter, regulated and more attuned to their healing path.
